Privacy policy
Last updated September 8, 2026. This policy covers memovoult.com only. Sites we link to have their own policies and we do not control them.
What we collect
Automatically. Standard web server logs: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages visited, and time of visit. This is what any web server records and we use it in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.
When you email us. Your email address and whatever you write. We keep it long enough to answer you and to check whether a correction was applied.
What we never collect. We do not run a checkout, so we never see or store payment card details, billing addresses, shipping addresses or order contents. We do not sell, rent or trade any personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies, where used, tell us in aggregate which pages people read. Affiliate cookies are set by the seller's network when you click an order link, and they exist so that a purchase can be attributed to this site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking affiliate cookies does not affect your ability to buy anything or the price you pay; it only means we are not credited.
Affiliate tracking, specifically
When you click an order link, the destination site may set a cookie recording that you arrived from here. If you buy within that cookie's lifetime, we receive a commission. We do not receive your name, your email, your address, your card details or the contents of your order — only an aggregate report that a sale occurred.
Third parties
This site loads a web font from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers. We may use a privacy-respecting analytics provider. Order links go to the seller's own site, which is governed entirely by their privacy policy and not by ours. We have no control over what any third party does with data you give them directly.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK under GDPR, or in California under CCPA, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to processing, and to receive a copy. Since the only personal data we normally hold is an email you sent us, these requests are usually simple. Write to support@memovoult.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Memo Volt is not appropriate for anyone under 18 either.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
